  • Served as Radian International Corporate Counsel (interfacing with The Dow Chemical Company parent company legal department).
  • Provided government, commercial, and international contract support for four Radian Value Centers and three Radian Service Centers as well as the executive management team and various subsidiaries.

  • Participated on the negotiation team that established the Home Bush Bay environmental clean-up project for an Australian subsidiary.

  • Successfully completed contract negotiations with the Government Supplies Department of the Hong Kong government for LAP products at Kai Tak Airport and Chek Lap Kok Airport, which is currently a flagship sales and services reference for the company.
  • Established Radian SEA Limited, a wholly-owned Thai subsidiary of Radian International in Bangkok, Thailand.
