I started out as a Baylor University BA graduate. Next, I was drafted into the US Army. Worked in Security &
Intelligence (442nd Signal Battalion - 29th Signal Group - Southeast Asia / Northern Thailand) during the Vietnam era. Then,
I became a University of Memphis - Law School JD graduate. Next, I taught Business Law as an Assistant Professor at 3 colleges
(Central Missouri State University, State Fair Community College, and later Austin Community College). Following that, I practiced
law in Sedalia, Missouri for 5 years. Next, I became a University of Missouri-KC Law School LLM graduate. Later, for more
than 30 years, I worked as either a consultant / contractor or an employee in Contracts Management, Sourcing / Procurement
& Category Management, Legal Services Category Advisement (Advisor) or Legal Services at Midwest Research Institute, Tracor
